    Hard plastic. Excellent condition - except one rubber band replaced Hair is near perfect, as well is the outfit. Eyes open and close and do not stick. Snap shoes perfect. Doll came in the box undressed so I bought her a Vogue outfit of the same era. Doll was bought in 2007.
